Well guys, it hate to say it but it seems like the end is upon us. On Monday, after weeks of promo and no hits to show for it, Beyoncé is going to release her album "4" to what everyone seems to think will be nothing more than abysmal results. I hate to say it, but i agree with them. I think that Beyoncé's is going to flop...
Im saying this for a number of reasons tbh... Mainly down to how much promo she has done and she has nothing to show for it. Bey has been on the likes of American Idol, has had High profile music video premiers, has put ads out on ads during prime time television, and (as many pressed hoes have claimed) has used Payola as far as it will go. All of Beyoncé's attempts this era has seemingly been unsuccessful, which is a shame in itself, as the material this time is better than ever ("4" is flawless) and Beyoncé herself seems really proud of it.
The only positive is that 'Best Thing i never had' seems to be picking up on us RADIO, but with 4 days to go until release and with both normal and deluxe versions of the album leaking online early, i honestly don't see this sudden increase in plays helping Bey out very much...
So gawrls, what are your estimations for "4"s debut? To be honest, if it does 200K in the US first week i will be impressed, but i do not have high hopes for Bey at this point... Stans can get you so far, but 95% of people who buy music ain't stans. If the general public don't know/don't give a flying fuck about your latest release its bound to flop... #truth
